Go back to the culinary history of the region. This challenge lives up to Nineveh's ambitions. The convivial and elegant cuisine is served on crockery made by potters especially for the restaurant. It is not a throwback to the past, but revives sometimes forgotten flavours in a region with strong culinary traditions. The dishes come from all over the Middle East and North Africa: Iranian, Iraqi, Turkish and Moroccan. In the dining room, every effort is made to make guests feel at home, and the staff are trained to inform guests about the history of the restaurant and its dishes.
