Open since 2014, Coya delights with its Peruvian plates and buzzy atmosphere. Located in the Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach, the design is grand: moody, muted backdrops bolstered by luxurious fabrics and exotic blooms. Chefs provide theatre in three open kitchens, and a pisco bar adds extra South American spirit via bespoke infusions and specialist tequilas. Menus change seasonally but always include ceviche, sharing plates and chargrilled fish and meat.
